It’s no news that the corona virus pandemic resulted in a lock-down which affected teachers and students alike. Staying at home with nothing to do can also be very boring but nevertheless, teachers can still deliver lessons to students from the comfort of their homes.

Not every school is privileged to have a Learning Management System (LMS) where students and teachers can hop on to take classes virtually. If your school has no LMS, there is something you can still do for your students.

With a smartphone, 21st century teachers can create engaging educational video lessons for students to learn at their own pace irrespective of the school subject.

Meet the teacher who is teaching other teachers how to create educational content using a smartphone.

Bello Muritala Stephen is an educator in Lagos empowering other educators like himself to create educational videos for students during the COVID lock-down. I was excited to see the amazing things he’s doing. With just a smartphone, teachers and educators can teach from the comfort of their homes. This is also helping the remote work culture for educators.

He holds this training on WhatsApp and you can reach out to him via chat to join the training.

This is what I had to say after participating in the training:

The training is really amazing. You have no idea what this knowledge can do to 21st century teachers in helping them create engaging educational content for their students.

I will recommend it to not just teachers but anyone looking to create content generally. It is amazing what you can do with just a smartphone. There’s no doubt you will benefit from the training.

Don’t forget to connect with Bello Muritala Stephen on Facebook and on WhatsApp.

You can start creating your own educational content today!
